Course Details
The Agile Project Management course is a full-time in class program for professionals irrespective of your background (technical or non-technical), and for those starting their careers in Project Management or transitioning to Agile.
Agile project management is designed to give you an in-depth knowledge of how to efficiently manage projects in the fast-paced technology age where ideas become obsolete fast, the efficiencies and complexities of managing Agile projects and how it compares to Waterfall methodology. It would help you understand what is needed to be an effective Agile Practitioner with a deep dive in SCRUM and its variation.
You would be thrown into a practical environment from the first day attempting to replicate Sprints, the daily Stand Up, Scrum Events, and get a taste and feel of the different agile variations in this class. There will be classroom time, but this will be minimal at best as we focus on the meat and grill of Agile.
